    Tried to cancel 9 hours after I ordered on a Friday night into Saturday. 1 hour later, they rejected the cancel and generated a tracking number saying item already shipped. Never showed in fedex custody until Monday afternoon. They look great, but just be sure when you hit buy you want them cause they don’t accept return and apparently cancels either

There was a letter thanking me for my purchase and if I had any questions about the product or installation included a contact number. They also included 3 business cards with a persons name and contact information. Very professional!
