    Refused to ship at 1st, lied about shipping, blamed on USPS, but clearly it was this company. Advertised as "NEW" was actually used blown speakers. Refused to communicate through eBay. Very difficult to work with. Packaging was missing from factory boxes. DEFINITELY not as described !! These speakers had no value to any buyer, why they wasted the time and resources is upsetting! Any buyer can find better value through hundreds of other eBay sellers!!

    The bass knob I received was packaged nicely, I paid less through this seller than anywhere else I could find. I was disappointed in the end because I ordered the wrong style knob and the purchase said there was no option for returns however after reaching out to the seller he responded within a couple minutes and told me not to worry he was willing to let me return it. I am very thankful for the treatment I got. Highly recommend this seller. 🙏🏻

    In our nearly 18 years of selling on ebay this is the first time we were forced to leave a negative feedback for a seller. Communication was absolutely horrible, the packaging of the products was unacceptable to protect against damage. We ordered Kenwood Excelon as was listed and pictured and we received non Excelon product. The serial numbers on the Kenwood products were cut off and replaced with fake serial numbers. Seller refused to correct the situation and we had to get ebay involved.
