  overall this has been a very positive experience. I had been in contact with vendor in this particular package. the item was not received. not by any fault of the sender. according to the USPS it was either damaged, lost or stolen. I contacted the vendor as well and was upset to know the item was lost. the upside. the vendor had another item to which I purchased. I can only be grateful.
