  Really bad customer service, slow to respond. Did not honour discounts victorsale was promoting. Terrible communication. Do not trust this seller with promotions! I wish I did not buy when it arrived it is so cheap and poor quality. The seller did not respond and tries to charge extra for return postage. Should have provided the advertised condition the Appearance of the advertisement is not honoured. I would caution buying anything from this seller. Very poor experience!

  I ordered a straw hat. I received the hat 2 months later in a flat envelope, in a completely unusable condition. In response to my request, the seller offered to return me 20 percent of the cost, then raised it to 45. I consider this a complete mockery and recommend not to use the services of this seller.
