  The item was refunded, so I am still going to go ahead and give a positive rating. I appreciate the honesty and transparency. Evidently the disk was damaged during packaging. The only thing I would add is that I did message the seller in regards to the manual I still would’ve liked to make a purchase on that item, but they never responded back But overall, I can appreciate the refund and the transparency.

  Got my package after 5 days (I guess a dollar per shipping, man shipping is so unnecessarily expensive these days [not specific to this seller, in general]) but lemme just start of by saying, literally couldn’t be more perfect. Absolutely MINT copy. Basically brand new. Could even pass it off as never used.
