  I ordered 3 - 10 pound bags, I received 3 - 5 pound bags with a receipt that stated 3 - 10 pound bags, I contacted seller and they had told me they only ship up to 20 pounds at a time and my other 3 must have got separated during delivery. A week later they arrived. It would help if the seller would notify the buyer that the order is coming in 2 separate orders. It seemed strange that it was left to me to reach out and ask where is the rest of my product? The coffee is very good I’ll buy again

  This is the second time I have purchased from this seller. Shipping was great, no damage to coffee. Packed well enough you could not smell any coffee. I have purchase from other sellers where the seal was not as good and you could smell the coffee as soon as you opened the box. Great price as well and looking forward to more great coffee in the morning.

  I've been doing business with this company for over a year. They have always been good beans and great coffee. I did get one order where they sent me the wrong bag of coffee. Trying to get a hold of them it's really hard they don't respond. That's the only downside of this company they don't respond

  Not the fault of the seller, who has been reliable for many years, but USPS claimed the Vilar Espresso had been delivered when in fact it hasn't. The address numbers in the mail station mailboxes are different that the in the apartment number addresses, so I can see how a USPS deliverer might make a mistake. Was hoping the package was placed in the wrong locker and that whomever got it would turn it in to the complex management, but so far no luck.
