I got acknowledgement by email, but 7 days later still showing as not being sent. I haven’t received any communication from the seller so far over the delayed order or who he hasn’t sent it in the first place. I contacted E-bay and 7 days lather I was issued the refund as eBay could not get valued tracking information from the seller.

Ordered products and got acknowledgement email to follow. 7 days later still showing as not sent. Sent query to seller and waited for response. 2 weeks later still no response so reported products as not arrived. 20 days after initial order I received confirmation from Ebay that they hadn't been able to confirm any tracking details from seller so Ebay have refunded me my $500+ funds. Still no contact/explanation from the seller as to why I can't get the wines. Wouldn't deal with this seller ever
