Shipping was free so it is hard to complain about how it arrived . That being said it was delivered in a mailer with no protection. The mailman folded it and squeezed it into the mailbox. I feel adding a sticker or simply writing do not fold on the envelope would have prevented this

Item was not washed properly before shipping and is VERY HEAVILY used which you can't tell from the pics and there was no mention of it in the description. Also the clear neck piece on top that is supposed to be connected to the body is broken off. Thankfully I can re-glue it but thats still BS. Not happy with sellers apparent misleading omissions of condition. Just to list it as "used" with no more details is not an honest business practice.
