The dvd player did take a long time to be posted, when I chased it up they apologised and thought they had lost the item. However, soon after that it was posted. Packaged well. I hadn’t realised the car charger wasn’t included but it wasn’t shown or mentioned so I guess that was my fault. The item looks brand-new otherwise, works perfectly and came in a nice case for the car which is a bonus. I have bought a car charger separately.
