    I did some exhaustive research before purchasing the Apple iPhone 11 from Vince; there are definitely some horror stories out there. I am happy to report that the phone I purchased and received was exactly as described - like new condition. The phone was in immaculate and in original packaging, and a charger, screen guard and case were also generously included. Communication with Vince was great, and the delivery and packing of the parcel were also top notch. Thank you Vince - 100%!!
