I lost my favorite sunglasses a few years ago and of course they were discontinued so I couldn't replace them. Well, finally I found this seller had the exact same ones I was looking for & they are BRAND NEW IN THE BOX. I'm so thrilled to have these sunglasses again & I'm extremely pleased.

    Object was sold to me as new and unused but had damage on it, maybe from handling and packing, because the damage was not visible in the listing photos, or the photos were not of the actual object for sale. Also the package was incomplete, not containing the microfiber bag that was supposed to come with the glasses. I reported these things to the seller, but he doesn's care at all. Would not recommend to buy from this person.

    As already answered to the customer, all our products are brand new and in case of damage we are available for a complete replacement or a total return with return of the item and refund. The products are always checked by us and the availability of the cases is always subject to what the manufacturer sends us. We have made all this known to the customer, but he does not seem at all interested in returning the product, given that he also purchased everything with a 45% discount.
