  This is the second time in my life using paypal but I broke my last replacement pen I got from these guys and immediately went back to purchase from them again. They ship super fast and are fairly priced. They secured my pen in the box to ensure it will get there in one piece all the way to Vermont. I even like this pen better than my others!   Item arrived with visible mold inside the packaging. There were clear black and brown spots throughout the inner box, and it had a strong musty odor. I contacted the seller, but they were completely unresponsive. eBay had to step in and issue a full refund. Really disappointing experience.
