Contacted the seller and politely described the issue as depicted in a few photos I attached. Customer service could not have been more helpful. Communication was always professional and courteous (within 24hr). They immediately offered me a refund/replacement (I chose replacement) and it was shipped the next day. Replacement arrived quickly without issue, quality is outstanding.

    The seller is good very easy to communicate with had to get a refund though because I never recieved my item, the seller really needs to look at their courier Team Global service as they do not know where items are and their tracking is disgusting I will not deal with anyone who uses this courier in the future as this is the 3rd item in 6 months that they have lost and I believe they don't even bring the items to where they are suppose to be.
