  The item arrived last week. It was packed very well. When I received it, based on the listing, it appeared that I would receive 4 fasteners. I only received one and initiated a return. As my job required 2 fasteners, I needed 1 more. The seller refunded my money. Although I was disappointed that I did not receive all of what I needed, the seller was very responsive and made it right. It was a positive experience. Thank you.

  The customer service of this Seller is really outstanding. After the tracking on the item stopped, FedEx said the package was lost. I contacted the Seller and thankfully they had a duplicate new OEM part, which they sent by overnight delivery. I am so appreciative to the Seller and to have found a new OEM part for my old 36” wide over-the-range microwave. I got very this Seller my highest rating…what a great business!

  Do NOT buy from this seller! They sold me a freezer shelf that did not match the item number. But they had two different listings of freezer shelfs of the same part number (the one I needed) but they were two very different shelves. I ordered the wrong one because it was half the price. I paid $54 for the shelf including shipping, got the wrong shelf but only receiving literally half of my money back to return. I’ve messaged the seller several times with no answer. They are a scam company!!

  Supremely fast shipping! Well packed. Item appears to be as described. Haven't installed it yet, but it has a label with the correct item number. Condition is good. Seller was reasonable with the cost.
