Worst customer experience ever. Product was put in a timber box and shipped without original packaging. By the looks of this item, was a returned item shipped out without checking. I was asked to pay for return shipping and they would pay me later. No customer service care. Got my money back, only after I contacted Ebay, Ebay were great in sorting it out.

We can give a partial refund,but you even won not willing to try it.We accept returns,the product is too heavy,I can not buy the return label.Then,we discuss with you find other ways,we will give you a full refund and bear all fees,but you didn not accept.So I contacted the customer service staff of Australian warehouse to arrange a doorstop to pick up the goods,then I went to contact the customer service of ebay informed refund to the buyers.I actively negotiated with you to provide solutions
