    Customer purchased the SRS locker without chains (chains could not be sent separate as they are not suitable for the SRS locker), The listing was changed 3 days later to the Warrell locker with chains (completley differentl ocker and a higher price) dispite sending proof of the purchase, price paid & listing the customer wanted the new listing, we said that we would be happy to have the locker back and issue a full refund he could then purchase the Warrell locker with chains if wishing to do so
