    My item was as described. My only issue was with the packaging. It was shipped in the original box secured with only one strip of tape and a couple of air pillows. It could have been more secure. See picture. Otherwise, I was happy and would buy from the seller again.

    Unfortunately, after agreeing upon a Buy It Now price, for this item, the Seller sent the wrong toner item. After requesting a replacement return and returning the item, The seller issued a full refund without explanation as to why the error occurred or why the correct item purchased could not be sent. It is unfortunate that a Seller would agree to a BIN price, process the sale, send the wrong order and not replace with correct item without any explanation.
