The courier service (Aramex) left a lot to be desired. According to their tracking it was scanned on the truck from Sydney to Newcastle at around 9pm on Thursday 9 Nov. If that was really the case the item should have arrived in their Newcastle depot on Friday morning then on board for delivery on Monday 13 Nov. Instead it was delivered on Tuesday 14 Nov with no tracking information until Tuesday morning. I'm not happy with that "service"
