Then refunded me and wanted me to pay more to repurchase and reship. Took 3 weeks to get. Not a good ebayer!!!!

The item I received was completely different from the one in the picture, and the seller didn't respond to my message. The item was not delivered to my house either, so I had to drive to pick it up by myself.

The buyer said he received the wrong case. The buyer left this feedback without contacting us. When we are aware of this issue, we have contacted the buyer immediately. Indeed, our warehouse manager tells us that he made a mistake with this item's similar style due to his careless. We are so sorry for this issue. We are willing to arrange a correct one or fully refund the buyer for this problem. We have contacted the buyer several times, but he didn't reply to us so that we can't solve this
