My item arrived pretty fast. When I got it, it was exactly as described authentic but it got damaged in shipping so the the seller was very kind and understanding and refunded my money. I do recommend buying from them as they are fairly priced and authentic items if they aren’t authentic, they do state that they are not. All the negative reviews. I see being posted are probably because people did not read the listing correctly. This seller does clearly state what is authentic and what is not.

Even the the listing stated genuine, the labubu’s were not genuine. They were high quality replicas though. Not worth the same price as an authentic labubu. I let the seller know asap and they were able to give me a refund and I was able to keep the labubu’s. Overall, even though I didn’t get what I paid for, the customer service was great and I am satisfied with the results.

The Labubu was counterfeit so just go ahead and ask the seller for 100 percent refund. Don't negotiate and keep asking for 100 percent. Seller refunded the entire amount. Just demand a refund and the seller will refund entire amout. Buy this if you like lafufus. Good seller, I will not buy again.
