We requested a replacement panel
Seller offered to send out a replacement box
Seller ended up giving us a £12 refund
Seller would NOT replace the damaged panel.
After so many emails requesting a replacement panel we gave up
The connector box on the back of the panel is not weather proof so we cant use the panel.
Seller wanted us to change our negative feedback to positive.
Due to our whole experience with this seller, Neutral is the best we can do.

Great Value For Money.. there was a slight problem with the couriers losing part of the order, but WERCHTAY sorted it rapidly, with good communications all the way.. 10* OUT OF 5* EXCELLENT..
