Item was listed for a brand new print head. They sent me an old one that was scratched so badly and damaged and had been refurbished and did not work at all. Seller said refund is on the way and demanded i close the case i had open but 2 weeks and no refund. I had to go through ebay for refund. Do not buy anything from here

I have been waiting 4 bloody weeks for my item item and i never even received it. I got a refund which I didn’t want. I wanted the item. and the company said my item being shipped back to them like wtf. And don’t bother messaging them as they have an automated bot that’s never answers your question or concerns. and you never hear from a real human because they don’t even bother replying to your messages. never buy anything from this company ever again, they are absolutely useless.
