Seller was VERY helpful putting a trace on this small box of eyeglasses that the post office misdirected and was "lost" for a several days. Box resurfaced the day after he contacted post office and arrived 2 days later. good communicator. glasses were packed in a custom cardboard box (not just a padded envelope as I feared) so you trust that they will arrive safely. My glasses had NO defects even tho it was stated they might.
