You purchased the item and then said your electrician is having trouble fitting the item as it was grey and not black like you had said. Your electrician broke the module trying to fit it and then you requested a refund as it was now broken. As you broke the item you cannot return the item which is in ebay guidelines. Next time please order the correct part and if it is wrong don't break it so it can be returned.
