      package came today at 11: 15 central time was not looking for it until Saturday the item was wrapped in heavy duty plastic with a lot of thick bubble wrap around it took off all the wrapping to inspect it and found no damage to the casing or any external parts at all the price was good cause they run a whole lot higher in my area item was as described in the heading and in the picture and all openings were sealed to prevent any dirt or other material from getting in

      Completely unhelpful seller. Stay away from and beware. They sent me the wrong part and refuse to acknowledge it. It’s for an 99/00 not an 02. Based on their listings I know they have different years of this vehicle to pull from. Someone sent me the wrong diff. Only offered solution was a return. It will cost me hundreds in labor to return at this point. I asked for a partial refund to get axles In order to make this differential work. Seller is awful. BUYER BEWARE.

      We did everything possible to try to satisfy this customer. We sent him the correct part from the vehicle and there was still a fitment issue. We offered to send a free return label, but he refused and just wanted to complain instead of getting his money back.
