    As I said it was boxed nicely and bubble wrapped, but the plastic bag around the item which just got caught up in that eyepiece. I had no idea that it was caught up in it & I was just bringing it to your attention, not expecting a reply. All in all, it a good decoration piece & one that I enjoyed from my childhood.

    Is it so hard to message me and let me know that even thou I secured it it broke in transit? We can always work the issues specially when they are caused by someone else. Very disappointed with your unfair feedback. Blaming me when the carrier mishandled the item an broke it. You do know this is insured, right?
