  I purchased these parts as a birthday present for my grandson on 20/5/2025 and to my surprise they arrived in Emerald on 27/5/2025. There they sat undelivered until today 3/6/2025 because this company Browns does not deliver to Comet. But, funnily enough the truck carrying the present travels through Comet to get to Emerald. Hmmm, what happens now. I made a phone call to DF and a very obliging young person informed me that this company does not deliver to Comet. Then why are they in business?

  Not happy, needed to get 350mm struts ordered based on the description on the product when they arrived they were 33.5mm but sticker on product said 315mm no good to me and no way to contact seller. Have purchased correct size from another supplier.

  The Seller Communication and shipping time and shipping charges have been great .Although we were disappointed with the product when we received it, the product being somewhat flimsy and poorly stitched etc, not quite what we were expecting going by the description on the site, when we contacted the seller and explained this they were very helpful and prompt with their communication and have tried their best to assist us.

  Item eventually arrived, took a long time before it was dispatched. The plastic bag struts were wrapped in had been damaged, both ends of package were open and items were not wrapped sufficiently. Fortunately because the struts were of robust material, it seems like very little damage other than scratches
