  Both the seller and I were wondering why the package was delayed until it finally arrived trashed by the post office. It seemed that the box came undone and it had to be replaced by the post office. However the jacket is in pristine condition just as described. Communication has been great with the seller while dealing with shipping issues. Thank you.

  Really excellent, professional, and courteous sellers. A pleasure to do business with, highly recommended! My items were packaged with care, the seller combined shipping for me, and responded very quickly in our communication. I had a small issue with this order where tape was used to secure an item, damaging the finish. When I let the seller know, they responded quickly and kindly to fix the issue and to let me know that my concerns about the tape were heard. Amazing, top tier customer service!

  Amazing purchase.Items more pristine than described, many had never been used with tags intact. I have never had better packed breakables in my life. I would purchase again from them in a heartbeat. My only suggestion for improvement would be: I wished to add an additional item to my (large) purchase & the lovely person who helped me reduced the price on the general listing, instead of sending me a private offer, and I did not see their message until it was too late. But thank you to WRA!
