  Item apparently damaged during postage/transit. It took 2 weeks before I was notified of this following messages I sent asking whereabouts of my item. I did receive a refund but communication was from seller was terrible. I would not use this seller again.

  Until I messaged the seller, despite being provided a tracking number, was informed it was damaged in transit so had to wait a few weeks or get a refund. Price on the out of stock item had suddenly gone from $44 to nearly $70. I buckled after saying I’d wait because price was a little too good and asked for a refund a couple weeks later as I am guessing it won’t be in stock before end of winter. So we will see if I receive the refund. Not happy with this experience but seller was nice enough.

  I received the 3 bottles to-day. unfortunately one of them was broken. See attached I have no doubt the post delivery guy as they where attached to another parcel by a blue band, the box was bent on a corner, He should have asked for a signature for the other parcel was "signature required".
