Unfortunately, the item did not make it in time for Christmas, as originally anticipated, but that was not the fault of the seller and instead the fault of USPS. The seller went ABOVE and BEYOND trying to track the package and retrieve any additional information he was able to. His communication and kindness was more than I could have asked for.   I bought a Patagonia duffel bag. It was perfectly described and the photos were great. It was shipped out immediately, and it was very, very well protected in packaging. It was wrapped in plastic to prevent any possibility of water damage, and the box had cardboard flat panels under the top and bottom flaps to minimize the item from being accidentally cut by a box cutter. Awesome seller!
