Parcel Freight Logistics PFL do not deliver to Australia Post Parcel lockers but they pickup the parcel anyway. They then lie and give the following tracking message "Delivery was attempted (unsuccessful) - Unable to locate the recipient". you can then only contact them by email. they ask for an alternative delivery address or you can pickup from their depot ( Laverton for Victoria ). Their contact is the Freightster dot com dot au website https: freightster.com.au/contact-us.

Seller had good communication and was helpful as the courier which was Aramex seemed to have lost the package, delivery time was supposed to be fast 2-3 days but was just short of three weeks. I have two more Aramex deliveries I've been waiting ages for so I will never order anything from a Seller if Aramex is the postal service again. The product is good but sadly didn't arrive in time for me to use it as I needed my bike on the road. wasted my time and money waiting.
