Although the item, as described did not come with a box, it was securely packaged and had protective sheaths and starfoam protection.     Although I am a size L in USA, and that is what I ordered according to their conversion chart, it was still much too small. I did contact the seller and he or she responded courteously and promptly. However, I was told they don't accept returns because it is shipped all the way from China. I was offered a big discount if I ordered another, but I don't know if that one will fit, either, so I won't take the chance. The communication with the seller was good, but I am out $47.00.
