I received my item with an extra little gift case and I thought at first I had only received that, so I started the return process only to realize 10 minutes later my item was further down in the envelope, so I canceled my return request. I personally received a call from the seller during that time so quickly apologizing for a mistake that was my own fault. Top notch customer service.
