Seller was first not willing to pay for return shipping and after reported to Ebay seller agreed to pay for return shipping; however, they were claiming that they are not able to send funds to my PayPal account due to some restrictions. PayPal customer service has confirmed (multiple times) that my account doesn’t have any issues. I do not recommend buying this item or if you want to save your time, money and frustration.
