I am writing a negative review here because the item was sold as new and arrived in used condition with obvious damage and wear. The packaging was intact with no visible signs that it was damaged during shipping. This type of sales practice is dishonest and put me in a situation where I have a part I cannot use. I asked about returning the item but was discouraged from doing so and offered a partial refund of approximately 30%. Buyer beware with situations like these.

There was a problem with my shipment and it was held up in customs. The seller contacted me immediately and offered a refund and then if I got my product later that I could pay later if I wanted to I think their customer service is exceptional and my order does arrive I will be making payment and I would recommend them to anyone.

I would never buy from this seller. Received wrong item from them and the address that the item was sent from was Columbus, OH. I go to start a return with them and they state they will only compensate 30% of the item's cost, so $5, and on top of that, they want me to pay to ship the item back to Germany, not Columbus, OH. At this point, it makes more sense to just keep the item even though I don't need it. This seller is a scam.
