    Item had to be returned. Just wasn’t what I needed for my dogs. However, the seller is incredibly polite and quick to respond. Had no issues at all with return process. Item originally came on time as far as shipping. Was packaged nice and neat. All in all still a pleasant experience even though I had to return it. I still give them an A+. Nothing wrong on their end the item was still as they described I just wasn’t able to use it the way I needed to. My money was returned within a day or two.

    Item arrived via USPS. I ordered 23 metal posters, and they didn't have protection in between. So the posters top got scratched, and the paint was removed. Overall, the quality of the poster looks beautiful. The value for the item is a win. The poster appearance is colorful. I am super happy with my purchase, and I recommend this shop 💯 *if the seller reads this, if sending multiple posters together maybe place paper or some type of protection so they don't damage each other during transit 🙏🏼
