Item was as described. Fair quality, some of the stitching a little errant but very minor. Major issue was communication and shipping delays. Contacted multiple times about status and received no reply for a full two weeks only to be told my order would be fulfilled after Chinese New Year (which it and Spring Festival had already ended 3 days previous). It was another full week for the item to be shipped. In total, 21 days for item to be shipped.

Horrible experience! The flags finally arrive after Chinese new year BS excuse for month long shipping delay. they are packed up nice and tight. I open them and they have slices all over them from the factory! There were no slices in the bag they were in, just the flags, selling factory defects? Contact him all you want but Seller ignore will ignore you, this feedback is only course of action available. do YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER! F- IN ALL REGARDS.
