  To the seller's credit they handled things well. What happened was that the console seemed to have become damaged in transit and this greatly affected the operation of the console's laser component in particular. We were both very surprised at this, but the seller was extremely helpful throughout the refund process. Despite the setback I would still do business with this seller in future. They always responded promptly to comms so they get a thumbs up from me.

  Both mics and game works good. Great value. The packing could have been better - mics slipped out from bubble wrap and a small (internal cosmetic) plastic piece broke off one mic when shipping. Didn’t affect functionality though.
