  Great system for my 89 C-4...very good quality of welds and bends. Priced right, no complaints there. Fedex was a problem and not sure if my calls or the sellers call made them step up, but it showed up the next day...only one day late after they had it on a truck back to the seller due to a screw up at their depot 9 miles away! Fedex is nothing like they used to be. Good and responsive seller. If I ever need something that he has in the future I wouldn't hesitate to place the order. Thx

  Contacted seller , very unhelpful, ordered a cat back system and it's resonator back kit, not as described and not gonna work , states open a return get a RMA we will inspect it and get you a refund after we decide it's in new or shippable state, to bad their box was damaged in shipping and there are some scratches I don't trust they'll return my money so chalk that up as a loss.

  We apologize for any inconvenience. The exhaust ordered does replaces the pipes after the OEM cat. It was delivered as imaged, without the flange up front for a slip fit connection to the OEM pipes. He wanted a kit with flanges, which we offer on a different listing. Since the customer said it was not installed, we asked the customer to return it back brand new for a refund. We always process our returns after packages are received and inspected for original content.

  Muffler box arrived damaged. Parts missing. Noticed box was opened and retaped. Was not new inbox. Ask for partial refund that cost me on parts and all I got was aggravation from company. As usual a company does not want to be responsible for what they sell and guarantee customer service. If I was to ship back to company would have cost me 1/2 of what the muffler cost. They got you by the balls and they know that.

  Sorry, we do staple and tape over our box. The customer said the box was delivered with a small tear but there were no damages to the parts. We apologize and informed him to let us know if there were any issues. He later said the item was missing parts. We requested images of the parts received so we can requested replacements, but he refused? He then said its missing bolts and then demanded a 65% refund.. We could not honor that, so we asked him to return it for a full refund + shipping.
