It arrived in a damaged state, and when I reported the problem, the reply was that they were "busy", and I haven't heard back from them until now, more than a month later.

So the stereotype of the Japanese being an honorable people turns out not to be true. They contacted us when the kit was received, claiming the snap ring came broken, interesting considering there was no damage to the box in their pic. They were rude, blaming us for the damage, implying it was intentionally sent broken. They demanded we send replacement by Next Day Air from U.S. to Japan for free. We refunded their money and ate the cost of everything. Completely unreasonable behavior.
