  Costume is as described, decent quality for the price, and child is happy with it. However, we didn't receive any dispatch advice until 10 days after ordering and only after contacting the seller to ask if there was a delay. The package took another 7 days to arrive (after the expected delivery timeframe). Luckily we received it just the day before the event that we ordered it for. Recommend allowing for a longer delivery time than indicated in the listing.

  I had a slight problem that one wasn’t charging and after a few email back and forth to try and fix problem I was given an option of full refund or exchange, I happily took exchange and my new pods arrived quickly and have worked perfectly.
