Normally don’t have any problems, but paid nearly $10 for postage of a small item and when I contacted the seller after not receiving after 14 days was told to wait a couple more days. It turned up a week later in the same package as another item that was ordered a week after the previous item. So obviously not posted when it was claimed to be. No communication sent when they discovered the error. Disappointing.

After purchasing this knife I found the delay was running late. After contacting the seller he realised the problem and immediately posted another one. I received this one promptly and in good condition. I must say I was very impressed with the seller's prompt action following my contact, so I would highly recommend his site. As we know stuff happens.

Great item, great seller and service. 5 stars for that. However, I would highly recommend you use auspost over aramex as they take twice as long for delivery, and tracking is hit and miss, also arrived late. Package had been damaged, goods were well packed and safe. 4 stars on delivery.

Great item, well packaged, communicated well. However over a month to receive it. Make your own mind up.

Purchased item, paid extra for express postage only to find after I had to chase them for a update that the advertised part wasn't actually instock , at no point did I get a friendly email saying out of stock, after a bit of back and forth emails I eventually got a refund, customer service is real high on there list of priorities
