  Seller contacted me, assured me of full support and assistance if anything was wrong.Then, when converter arrived, and was defective, immediately(within hours) requested that I file that I had received wrong item, and I would get my money back . No suggestion of sending a replacement. After that, communication was spotty, and never once, despite my stressing that I simply wanted the item-did he do anything but suggest more ways for me to file without saying the item was defective. No replacement
