Prompt shipper. Would buy again. The retail packaging of the Wolf winder inside sellers packaging was not pristine, the cardboard was creased and it was clear the item had been opened and possibly used before. The winder itself looks in like new condition and works as it should. So ultimately I am satisfied. This was for myself but if I intended to gift this item that was advertised as NIB, I would have not been able to gift this due to condition of the box.
