Fair and honest seller. The thermostat sent has a different length pin to the original 0394411/394411 one made by OMC/Bombardier and when tested opened at a much higher temperature than the 62 degrees Celsius specified. Seller's communication was good and refunded me the purchase cost.

I received an incorrectly packed order with one item missing and an additional 1 of the correctly packed instead of the missing item. I have sent 2 notes to the supplier and to date have had no response. I tried to contact via phone but only got a recorded message that was out dated rambling on about covid related staffing issues. To say that I am disappointed is an understatement. I now have parts I have no use for and have to purchase the correct parts at an additional cost. Bob
