Description could be a bit more detailed as to brand. For the price, I thought I was purchasing an emblem a bit more premium. Not just a 3x marked up Autogem. My fault for assuming, I should have asked. Also I recently received a tracking # for something that said delivered, but mailbox was empty. Don’t know what that was, nor how mailman tracked an invisible package.
Anyways, item seems to function and look good. Just enough wire length to tap into back of my harness.

The seller shipped separately but at the same time as the product, a 'Thank you' note indicating shipping date, describing the box the product was shipped in, method of shipping and an invitation to call or email them with their office hours. That note and the effort put into communication REALLY left me with a good feeling. These guys are not your average operation! Thank you very much for your efforts!!! I explained when product was opened there was no hardware to attach it with, Theu said it was in the package. I explained all I got was a roll of trim rubber and the 4 flares. After a couple of exchanges of email they still could not understand what "No Hardware" to attach it with ment, but they were happy to tell me for $79 they could sent me some. I explained I would just return the product since they were having trouble understanding what No Hardware means.

You forgot to mention- The order was OVER 30 DAYS OLD! So you just realized after over a month there was some missing hardware and its our fault? We told you we could not warranty it since it was way past the return period. Tell the whole story please, not just the half that makes us sound like bad people.

So, with my truck info input EBay showed these fit. But, in the description I overlooked they were for the longer bed. Therefore the rear flares were wrong. I made the mistake of mounting the front ones first. So I arranged to send the rears back & be swapped. Unfortunately UPS damaged them. I did insure but UPS’s claims dept is a pitiful joke. Xtreme was very prompt in communication & providing pictures UPS requested. Hopefully I get my claim chk soon. Rear flares arrived. Stay tuned!
