Although, seller does not supply tracking information, which makes it a bit cumbersome to track the order. I understand that he’s trying to save money and shipping US mail with no tracking, but it makes it a little bit easier to know where your product is when shipping. Was told it was shipped the next day, but the US Postal Service took Way too long without tracking.

Sony sold their battery division to Murata and the batteries that were sent carry the Murata brand. I would have preferred if the vendor used an accurate photograph. If they wanted to use the now out of date Sony brand in the advertising it should have been explained up front, not after I received the product. I do appreciate that they used a normal envelop and didn't waste a ton of packaging on shipping.

My USPS local office always loses mail and packages, so it all depends on luck here. The seller is responsive and promises to work with you. Luckily, I did not have any problems with this transaction.

The seller was very timely in communicating with me and making a refund. The batteries were very reasonable, thus I was disappointed this sale was not completed. Currently trying another seller.
