Absolutely DIABOLICAL service. Ordered bulldog clips - received 3 plastic A4 wallets. Multiple messages, over a week or more, seller requested and received photos of wallets, packaging, address label etc, but refused to send or refund until plastic wallets were received back. Just not worth the hassle for a 7 quid item. AVOID like the plague!
