When there was an issue with the delivery, they responded and a very fast manner and gave me what I needed to have to find my package. It looks it it was mixed up with someone else's mail.     This was a wonderful experience! This item was hard to find and reasonably priced. The plush was very well made and exactly as pictured (she's absolutely adorable and goes perfectly with Max).
