The item title clearly states this to be a faux belly bar. The description does the same. Returns are not accepted for piercing jewellery or jewellery made for intimate areas for hygiene reasons. This is a standard rule for any online or high street retailer, as resale is not possible.

As you did not contact me about this issue before leaving feedback, it could not be resolved. To clarify, the product was NOT expired as you claim. Expiry date is not the same as Best Before date. Being a natural supplement it stays good for a very long time hence why BB dates are used and not expiry. Lastly, this info was stated in the description.
